Description:
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offered a one-day in-services program at the start of the semester for secondary chemistry teachers in South Hampton Roads as an outreach effort to help improve chemistry education in the high schools. Approximately 60 teachers took advantage of the free workshops and laboratory sessions.
