Interview with Yitzhak Rabin, Israel's ambassador to the United States, regarding Israel and the Middle East achieving peaceful relations and the Six Day War. Rabin was visiting Norfolk at the time for the Virginia Young Leadership Conference. Rabin later served as Prime Minister of Israel from 1974-1977 and 1992-1995. During the latter term as Prime Minister, Rabin was responsible for the political process towards Israeli-Palestinian peace, know as the Oslo Accords. In November 1995, he was assassinated by a Jewish extremist, who opposed the peace process. Reporter Ed Hughes is heard interviewing, but is not seen. 0:03:33
