Award recipients from left; Dick Rutyna received a $1,500 fellowship to do graduate study in history at the College of William and Mary, Betty Wheeler received her Bachelor of Arts degree with top honors, and Ivan Scott was awarded a $1,800 assistantship plus tuition to attend graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania.
