The Keynote Music Club awards its annual scholarships to Peggy Weisiger, violinist and Gregory Barnes, violinist, both students of the music department of the College of William and Mary, Norfolk. Shown here awarding the scholarships is Mrs. Henry (Virginia Lee) Dickens, Chairman of the Scholarship Committee and Mrs. Walter (Esther) Hitt, President.

Mrs. George (Margot) Doumar, president of the Keynote Music Club, is shown below presenting Dr. Charles E. Vogan, head of the Music Department of the College of William and Mary in Norfolk, with a check for $400.00 which will be used for two music scholarships at the college.
