Mrs. Harley B. Ferguson, Jr. (center) casts a sideways glance at Roger Mudd during his introduction the evening of April 2, as featured speaker for Old Dominion's fifth annual Glennan Lecture Series. Mrs. (Virginia Glennan) Ferguson, Jr. sponsors the journalism series in honor of her father, Edward Keville Glennan, and her grandfather, Michael Glennan. Mudd, a congressional correspondent for the "MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour," spoke to a packed house in the Mills Godwin, Jr. Building Auditorium.
