Dr. Rogers Dey Whichard, professor in the Modern Languages Department of the College of William and Mary in Norfolk, unpacks plates of pictures which appeared in his recently published three-volume "History of Lower Tidewater Virginia." Dr. Whichard donated the plates to the College Library."
