Joe Powell, an employee of the Physical Plant drives the Trash Basher. Powell makes his daily runs across campus starting at 5:30 a.m.; picking up trash well before most employees arrive for work. When he's finished with his Trash Basher runs, Powell works as part of the Physical Plant's landscaping division.
