Folder 09: Theater: "Hee Haw Hayride"

A scene from "Hee Haw Hayride," this year's musical comedy featuring youngsters from Old Dominion's 15th Annual Multicultural Summer Theater Arts Workshop for Children was staged July 27-29 before appreciative audiences in the University Theater. The musical was directed by Hugh Copeland, with musical direction by Polly Martin. Pictured left to right: Lee Phillips, Kevin Laverty, and Carlos Clanton. The workshop is sponsored by Programs in Liberal Arts Continuing Education with a partial grant from the Norfolk Commission on the Arts and Humanities. The young students also participated in field activities designed to enhance the total theater experience.
