Many couples attended the "Weenie Roast" at Wayside Park, from left to right are Lillian and John Pollock, and Shirley and Bruce Hoofnagle. The roast was sponsored by the Student Wives Club at the College of William and Mary, Norfolk. Some twenty-five couples attended. Both Pollock and Hoofnagle are Engineering sophomores.

Mrs. Sandra Abbott, President of the Student Wives Club and Mrs. Ann Sayers, Chairman of the P.H.T. Committee put a notice on the board regarding the P.H.T. degree (Putting Hubby Through) awarded to student wives when their husbands receive their degrees.
