Cecelia T. [Taliaferro] Tucker joined Old Dominion University in 1991 to serve as the Assistant to the President for Community Relations and continued to serve in community relations until her retirement in 2022. Prior to joining the university, she taught high school biology and then served numerous community organizations in leadership, public relations, and fundraising positions.
