Mark H. Schweitzer was a businessman and a software instructor for the City of Norfolk. He was the son of Paul T. Schweitzer who served on the Norfolk School Board, 1952-1960, and the Norfolk City Council, 1960-1968. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on August 2, 1941 and died November 20, 1997. The interview discusses Paul T. Schweitzer, the desegregation of Norfolk's Public Schools, and the Norfolk School Board and City Council.
