A certificate for inclusion into the "Brotherhood of the F. B. I." (Forgotten Bastards of Iceland). The certificate belonged to Lindsey G. Jones, a USS Vulcan crew member, who served aboard the Vulcan when it was stationed near Iceland during the Second World War's Battle of the Atlantic.

Murphy, President, Institute of Certified Travel Agents, discusses Vulcan's World War II history, including the ship's activities in Iceland, North Africa, Southern France, and in the South Pacific. Murphy wrote to Harvie because Vulcan was scheduled to arrive in Boston Harbor for a overhaul. Murphy believed the Navy and the shipyard could receive favorable publicity in conjunction with the Vulcan's visit because of the repair ship's vital service during the Second World War.

He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on February 10, 1896 and died August 6, 1990. The interview discusses his background growing up in Norfolk, Virginia and his military experiences.
