He served as Student Body President his senior year and served on the Board of Visitors for 11 years, both as a student representative and regular member. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut. Among the topics discussed are his days as a student, the University under Drs. Bugg and Rollins, racial tensions, the role of ODU in the community.
