Folder 16: Groundbreaking Ceremonies

Director Lewis W. Webb, Jr. of the College of William and Mary in Norfolk breaks ground for a new flag pole soon to be erected in front of the campus. The pole, a gift of Pi Phi Sigma Fraternity, will be placed at mid-campus in front of the Administration Building near the main walkway.
